SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be dispatched the next day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- PRE-ORDER item(s) will be shipped once production ends.
- Orders are processed from Barcelona (Spain).
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Prices do not include customs fees. These costs are determined by each country and we have no control over them. Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties for their countries.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the shipping error is ours.
