HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Please refer to our size guide here. Do note, our pieces run small, in doubt size up.

To find your perfect fit, check “what’s my size” on each product page.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER? 

At the beginning of the season you will find our items available for sale on our website as a PRE-ORDER. 

This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the stock and to allow us to adjust the production .

These items will be marked as PRE-ORDER, with an estimated date of arrival listed in the product description.

HOW CAN I LODGE A RETURN? 

Lodge the return using order number and email address associated with the order - lodge here.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECES?

We offer 1 free exchange per order in Spain Peninsula only. For international orders, please return the pieces and place a new order with the correct size/color/style.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

    We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.

  •  We do not offer refunds on sale items at 40% or above. Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

  • All returns must be returned within 15 of receiving your order. 

  •  Items must be returned in the original packaging, in case you received a linen bag, it has to be returned with your swimwear. 5€ will be charged if you keep the linen bag.

  • Customers are liable for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We can edit your order within a maximum of 24 h after placing it. Please email orders@belamer.co

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMWEAR? 

To ensure the longevity of your swimwear, cold hand-wash your garments in mild soap to remove chlorine and salt. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, and do not wring or soak your garment. Drip dry in the shade only—no tumble dry, iron, or dry-clean.

Do not leave wet garments rolled up. Please note chlorine, tanning products, sunscreens, and oils can damage or mark garments.

Avoid contact and rinse immediately if your piece comes into contact, and avoid rough surfaces to prevent pulls and pilling in fabric.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All product prices are in €. We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard, Klarna, Bank Transfer, BELAMER Gift Cards.

HOW DOES KLARNA WORKS?

Paying in 3 installments will allow you to divide the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. Payment for each installment will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you entered at checkout.

Your first installment will be charged when BELAMER confirms your order, and installments 2 and 3 are scheduled for 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always control your scheduled payments in the Klarna app.

I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

Yes, all customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. 

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

We do not offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes after an order has been placed.
