If you change your mind for any reason, you can easily return items up to 15 days of delivery.
Extended Christmas Returns
We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2024. Orders placed between 4th and 20th December 2024 can be returned to us up until 10th January 2025.
RETURN POLICY
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify. - All returns must be returned within 15 of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the cotton bag and tote bag. If all items from the order are returned but the bags are not included, a €10 deduction will be applied to the refund.
- Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
- Pre-Order items can be returned and exchanged.
- Archive Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

EXCHANGES
National Exchanges
Within Spain Peninsula
- We offer one free exchange per order.
- Belamer will cover the shipping costs to send you the new items, but the shipping costs for returning the items to our warehouse will be at the customer's expense.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the item, size, and desired color. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund for its amount.
To initiate an exchange send us an e-mail to returns@belamer.co with:
- Order number
- Reasons for the exchange.
- Include a new size, color, model.
You will receive an email with all the details to send the original items back to us.
International Exchanges
For international customers, please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.
We suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
DAMAGE OR FAULTY ITEM
What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your order number to: returns@belamer.co for further review.
Belamer will bear the shipping and return costs. We will evaluate the fault upon the return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please note, Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment or wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
