RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new  pieces.

If you change your mind for any reason, you can easily return or exchange items up to 15 days of delivery.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

    We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the cotton bag. If a full order is returned without the bag, €5 will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customers are liable for return shipping costs.

  • Pre-Order items can be returned and exchanged. 

  • Archive Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

  

We provide return shipping labels for all eligible returns and exchanges. The return fee will be deducted from your refund, except for free exchanges within Spain (Peninsula).

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges via our returns portal, featuring a flat rate that covers both the return and new shipping labels. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we will promptly dispatch your exchange.

RATES:

  • Spain (Peninsula): First exchanges is free.
  • Balearic Islands & Portugal: 8€ flat rate (includes return label and new shipment).
  • Europe: 12-15€ flat rate depending on location (including return label and new shipment).
  • Rest of the World: We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for store credit and place a new order.
RETURNS

We provide return shipping labels for all eligible returns. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping) to your original payment method. Please allow 3-6 business days for our team to receive and complete the refund process.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Initial shipping charges are non refundable, except for faulty items.

RATES:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 5€ flat rate.
  • Balearic Islands & Portugal: 8€ flat rate.
  • Europe: 12-15€ flat rate depending on location.
  • Rest of the World: Return costs range from 28€ to 47€, depending on location..

DAMAGE OR FAULTY ITEM

What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your order number to: returns@belamer.co for further review.

Belamer will bear the shipping and return costs. We will evaluate the fault upon the return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.

Please note, Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment or wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
