At Belamer, we create pieces meant to last. Our repair service is part of our commitment to caring for what we already own and honoring the craftsmanship behind every piece.
REPAIR SERVICES
If you have a Belamer swimwear piece in need of repair, please email us at orders@belamer.co with:
- A clear photo of the damaged area.
- Your order number.
- Your full name and location.
Once we receive this information, our team will assess whether the piece can be repaired. If it’s suitable for repair by our seamstress, we’ll send you a quote and all instructions to move forward. Repairs may take up to 30 days, and we’ll notify you as soon as your piece is ready.
Important Information:
- Our repair service is not free of charge.
- A quote will be provided after our seamstress evaluates the damages.
- Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Trims needed for your repair are provided free of charge.
SUSTAINABILITY NOTE
If you are outside Spain, the most sustainable option is to have your swimwear repaired locally, avoiding the environmental impact of additional shipping. If you're unsure where to go or can’t find a tailor experienced with swimwear, feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to help you find the most suitable solution.
