Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new pieces.
If you change your mind for any reason, you can easily return items up to 15 days of delivery.
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
- We do not offer refunds on sale items at 40% or above. Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
- All returns must be returned within 15 of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, in case you received a linen bag, it has to be returned with your swimwear. 5€ will be charged if you keep the linen bag.
- Customers are liable for return shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
(Spain Peninsula only)
- 1 free exchange is accepted per order.
- BELAMER will bear the shipping costs to get you the new pieces.
- The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to our warehouse are at clients’ own expense.
- Changes are subject to the availability of stock of the item, size and desired colour. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund of its amount.
To initiate an exchange send us an e-mail to email@example.com with:
- Order number
- Reasons for the exchange.
- Include a new size, color, model.
You will receive an email with all the details to send the original items back to us.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we can best assist you following the steps below:
- Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged area within 5 days of delivery.
- We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- BELAMER will bear the shipping and return costs. We will evaluate the fault upon the return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment or wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
